At Verging Dynamics, we value human life, that is why we exist. Our core value is caring for the people who we believe are every organization’s most valuable asset. When it comes to safety, there is no one size fits all model. Each community and workplace environment is complex and unique. Plan to Prevent
According to the 2017 Liberty Mutual Workplace Safety Index, serious non-fatal workplace injuries now amount to nearly $60 billion in direct workers’ compensation costs per year. This translates to more than $1 billion dollars per week spent by businesses on these injuries. To remain effective, health and safety plans must be reviewed regularly to ensure regulatory compliance and address changes in the workplace such as conditions and employee turnover. Regardless of the status, Verging Dynamics can help review, build, or update your organization’s safety program to ensure that it is up-to-date, compliant, and meets industry best practices.

Verging Dynamics, LLC (VDL) was founded by Darryl Jenkins, who currently serves as the firm’s Principal and Lead Trainer. With more than 25 years of experience as an HSSE professional and Field Advisor, Darryl’s passion for safety inspired him to launch VDL in 2004. VDL is committed to helping other organizations build and advance their safety programs to reduce their risk of liability, improve employee safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.
“Verging Dynamics sees possibilities where others see only liabilities,” said Darryl. “Safety saves, and our goal is to help our clients maintain safe and efficient operations by detecting defects and preventing accidents before they result in injury or loss.”
Prior to founding VDL, Darryl built his expertise as a safety expert through a variety of positions in high hazard, environmental, and health-regulated industries. He also served honorably in the U.S. Army for 20 years where he was stationed in both the U.S. and Germany.
